The room was newly renovated and modern, complete with big windows, enormous bed, as for instance. The service was excellent, I was offered a perfect and delicious breakfast with juice or cofee and extra charge for juice, as example.

The room was big and huge, with smoke detectors and particularly nice views on St Sofia cathedral. The hotel's location was marvellous and brilliant, not far from independence square a great location, the center of Kiew, in a quiet area, and all major sightseeing attractions. Furthermore, in centre close to many interesting thyngs.

Really good comfort and friendly vibes
Woke up to a delicious breakfast delivered to my room-such a treat! The staff's promptness was excellent. I got an iron almost instantly upon request. The location felt very secure.
Access to the hotel requires passing through a military checkpoint, which seemed daunting at first. Navigating this was a bit tricky, but it became easier after the first day.

Clean environment maintained throughout the hotel.
The experience was frustrating due to the military checkpoint. I had to arrange pickup and it was confusing at first. The breakfast options were disappointing and certainly not worth the time. To top it off, reception staff were unhelpful when I needed assistance with the military pass, leading to further delays.
